A BAD DAY it’s hard to get through, because you usually do not sleep at night and then often it turns into 2 bad days, one after the other.

Learn to put a stop to it. Do not transform a bad moment in a bad day. Why prolong agony?
The damage is done. Give yourself a break immediately, without thinking that tomorrow is another day. Today can be another day! Take a deep breath and do something to surprise yourself immediately.
1. Do not care about those who you have disappointed. The problem is yours. Try not to disappoint yourself and get back in line. If you manage to be better for yourself than you will also be better for others.
2. distract. Do you feel badly? Ok, give yourself time to feel bad as much as you can … to me ,for example, it takes a couple of hours. ..and then leave it. Do one thing, however small, that will transform you from the person you are into the person you would like to be. Right now, I am baking biscuits, and it’s 5 am! . ..but the bad days come when they want!
3. Patience! The error is made.
